HOW DO I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
ALL ORDERS ARE SENT VIA AUSTRALIA POST. ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM US WITH YOUR TRACKING DETAILS. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? 
ALL ORDERS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 24 HOURS. DOMESTIC ORDERS CAN TAKE 2-7 BUSINESS DAYS AND INTERNATIONALS CAN TAKE 6-12 BUSINESS DAYS. IF YOU ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE DELIVERY YOUR ORDER WILL BE LEFT IN A SAFE PLACE, OTHERWISE TAKEN TO YOUR CLOSEST POSTAL PICK UP LOCATION.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTY - Please note that international orders may be subject to local charges. We ship all international orders on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties, including AU GST. These charges are the responsibility of our customer and have to be paid on delivery of your order. As customs policies vary between countries, we strongly recommend checking your local customs advisory website prior to placing an order to see what charges may be payable.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER OR DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER I'VE PLACED MY ORDER?
PLEASE EMAIL HELLO@FRESHBABYFRESH.COM IMMEDIATELY TO UPDATE US. IF YOUR ORDER HAS NOT YET BEEN DISPATCHED WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS. 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES BROKEN OR DAMAGED?
PLEASE EMAIL HELLO@FRESHBABYFRESH.COM WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGED PRODUCT AND WE WILL ORGANISE FOR A REPLACEMENT TO BE SENT OUT IMMEDIATELY. ALL DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF THE ORDER BEING DELIVERED TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REPLACEMENT.   

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
IT'S OK TO CHANGE YOUR MIND! YOU CAN RETURN AN ITEM FOR AN EXCHANGE OR FULL REFUND BY EMAILING US AT HELLO@FRESHBABYFRESH.COM WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE ORDER BEING DELIVERED. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE AT YOUR EXPENSE. ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH THE PRODUCT SEAL UNOPENED. PLEASE ENSURE SUFFICIENT CARE IS TAKEN IN PROTECTING RETURNED ITEMS AS WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND ITEMS THAT ARE DAMAGED OR LOST. EXCHANGES/REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 2 DAYS OF THE ITEMS BEING RETURNED. EXCHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO PRODUCT AVAILABILITY, HOWEVER WE WILL ENDEAVOUR TO FULFIL YOUR REQUEST. REFUNDS MAY TAKE UP TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS TO LAND IN YOUR ACCOUNT.
